Requirements
- Pleasant personality and courteous at all
times.
- Good communication skills and able to interact
with all levels of people.
- Candidate must possess at least a
SPM/STPM/Diploma /Degree in any discipline
- Required languages: Mandarin and English.
(Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to
deal with mandarin speaking clients.)
- Has a passion for service. Previous service
experience will be an advantage.
- Good team player and willingness to learn.
Responsibility
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage
the needs of our customers through our communication channels (live chat,
email, and phone).
- Follow up with customers or relevant
department to ensure raised issues are resolved.
- Strong adherence to SOPs / Workflow when
performing daily tasks.
- Continuously identify work process improvement
and communicate with Team Leaders and (or) Manager.
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity and
confidentiality.
