Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
- Requires 2 years of working experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube and other third-party ad platforms.
- Well-versed in Facebook’s algorithm and strong familiarity with multiple social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, impressions and has a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools.
- Experience in marketing agency, e-Commerce, affiliate marketing or dropshipping business will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:
Perform market research and competitor’s analysis to maintain a competitive edge and to keep up with market development changes on effective campaigns, mediums, and channels to apply for the business.
Ability to brainstorm, plan and organize marketing ideas across channels based on customers’ profile.
Liaise with relevant external departments to assess opportunity, risk, support, marketing collaterals and see through the process of execution and maintenance both internally and externally.
Consistently and regularly update and engage with fans on social media through information and campaigns.

- Content Creator:
Creative and proper copywriting and proofreading skills in line with the brand’s tone for marketing contents delivered to the customers.
Understanding the trend and power on the choice of words and content-linking on SEO, social media.
Keep up to date with common internet terms and abbreviations relevant to the native market.

- Customer Acquisition:
Observe and assess market trends, identity opportunities, and collect informative data to aid in decision making.
Support the execution of strategy and tactics to maximize brand awareness, through internal and external media channels such as online, offline, and social media channels.
Explore and collaborate with business partners and external vendors on new opportunities and ensure plans and execution are effective and in line with business objective.
Support queries and requests from business partners to ensure smooth transactions.
Data gathering to support the reporting on results of acquisition efforts.
